In the Learning Design Lab, you build your own AI design process in 8 weeks, and come out a sharper designer.

After 8 weeks, you:

  • Start every project with AI that already knows your standards, your examples and your clients
  • Hand AI the routine work, and keep the design calls yours
  • Turn every correction into a rule, so each project starts smarter than the last
  • See what changed in your judgement: compare your analysis without AI in week 1 and week 8

You know when it's off.
AI doesn't.

AI drafts the objectives, the scenario, the quiz. You fix what doesn't work: outlines stuffed with content nobody needs, quiz questions where the longest answer is always right.

It's faster. But slowly, it turns you into a proofreader of someone else's design.

You often know something is wrong before you can explain why. That know-how is what AI is missing. In the Learning Design Lab, it's where every step starts.

From week one, you work on a real or realistic project.

Weeks 1–3
You run the Lab's process on a real or realistic project. Can't share client work? You'll get practice cases.
Weeks 4–6
You make it yours, with your own standards, examples and clients.
Weeks 7–8
You run it on your own, sharpen it, and take the analysis without AI again.
